Clubhouse Rental

   

Planning an Event?

As a service to our residents we allow Aberdeen residents, Heartland Crossing Residents and other groups approved by Aberdeen management to rent the community room in the clubhouse for special events.

Pricing for Aberdeen Residents is $100.00

Pricing for Heartland Crossing Residents and other approved groups is $250.00

Feel free to contact us for further information including availability and special requests.


Utilities

Aberdeen is committed to ensuring that moving into our community is as carefree as possible. Therefore, your water, sewer and trash are conveniently activated for you upon move-in and paid for by Aberdeen Apartments. It is the resident's responsibility to activate all other utilities.

Choose your neighbors!  Please refer friends and family to Aberdeen @ Heartland Crossing and make them your new neighbors. Just email us their contact info and we'll be more than happy to send them information on Aberdeen Apartments. Make sure you let us know the referral came from you and you'll receive a special gift!

 


 

Service Requests


 

Aberdeen at Heartland Crossing is dedicated to exemplary customer service. We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance. If this is an emergency or a request that needs immediate attention, please page our emergency maintenance staff at (317)541-5735. For all non-emergency requests simply email us and we will contact you to setup a day and time to address your concern. Make sure you include your name, address, phone number and details of the maintenance request in your email.
